Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of The Corrupted Intel Files - Serie I. Physical books are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked. The book must be returned in its original, undamaged condition.

To initiate a return, email us at support@airsupers.com with your order number and we will provide return instructions. Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item, typically within 3–5 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Digital editions are non-refundable once opened. Due to the nature of digital goods, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds after the files have been accessed or downloaded. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.

If you purchased the Physical + Digital bundle, only the physical book is eligible for return and refund under our 30-day physical return policy. The digital portion of the bundle is non-refundable once opened. Bundle purchases returned after the digital content has been accessed are subject to review.

If your physical book arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will ship a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds will not be issued for purchases where the 30-day window has passed, or where there is evidence of fraudulent activity. Digital products that have been opened or downloaded are not eligible for refund under any circumstances.
